 All spa services reflect the skill, expertise, and dedicated time of our licensed practitioners and support team.
To maintain the elevated experience our guests expect, a 4% Spa Facility Fee is applied to all services. This allows us to continually invest in advanced technology, premium amenities, a serene environment, and exceptional sanitation standards-ensuring the highest level of comfort and care for every guest.
 A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking all individual services. Spa services are nonrefundable.
New guests are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete the required intake form. This allows us to provide the personalized, individualized care you deserve. Returning guests are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early so we may review any updates or changes to your health history. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform their therapist of any allergies, medications, recent surgeries, or medical procedures prior to each appointment. For the ultimate relaxation of all guests, we are unable to accommodate visitors without a scheduled appointment. When booking your appointment, please notify us if you are pregnant so we may ensure the safest and most appropriate care.

-Late Arrivals-
Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To ensure you receive the full, uninterrupted experience we are committed to providing, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. We understand that unexpected delays can occur; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to honor the schedules of all guests. The full service fee will apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may require rescheduling.
-Cancellations-
We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of other guests. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations.  Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation. Gift certificates, prepaid appointments, and promotional vouchers are also subject to these fees. After two consecutive rescheduled appointments, a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking. Guests who repeatedly disregard this policy may be required to prepay future appointments in full.
-Gift Certificates-
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and may be used for original priced services only. Gift certificates retain full value for one year from the date of purchase and may be subject to adjustment thereafter.  Standard 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies. 
-Spa Packages and Parties-
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking for couples massages, spa packages, and private spa parties (three or more guests). Our standard 24-hour Cancellation Policy applies to all prepaid services.


ESPA is a place of relaxation and positive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other guests.
